Do you know how to define which part of a worksheet to print? (30/32)

Sometimes you have a large worksheet and you would like to print just a section of it. In this case, Excel offers you the option of selecting an area of a worksheet to print.

1. From the View menu choose Page Break Preview for adjusting the page breaks before printing.
2. Select the area of the worksheet containing the data you want to print.
3. From the File menu, select Print Area.
4. Click Set Print Area.
5. In case you want to print your document later, save it and your print area will be saved too.
