If you want to enter a line-break in an Excel cell:
Double-click the cell to be able to edit its content
Click the location where you want to enter a line-break
Press ALT+ENTER
Why is this information important for translators and translation teachers? Knowing how to use line-breaks allows translators to break the text in a cell without modifying the cell width and/or to use hyphens for syllable division.
