In this course, we will cover some of the essential aspects that should be considered and put into practice when internationalising or localising software. Some of these aspects are often presented in the literature of software localisation as possible sources of problems. That is why translation teachers, trainers and localisers should be aware of them.

By the end of this course you should know which are the essential aspects that should be taken into consideration for internationalisation and localisation of products, and how not doing so can cause problems.
