To change or sort the order of slides in a presentation:

  1. Go to either the Outline or the Slides tab in normal view.
  2. Select the icons or thumbnails of the slides you want to move .
  3. Drag them to the new location.

Why is this information important for translators and translation teachers?
Translating implies adaptation and possibly change. Sometimes, a logical structure for a presentation in a particular culture may not be appropriate for another culture. If translators consider changes in a presentation necessary and clients agree, translators should know how to make them.
