Planning

This is a planning exercise, so you will need to allocate resources, divide the tasks and set deadlines for each of them.

The project consists of the translation of the user manual and the online help of a software application that has previously been translated. The software will be provided to allow the creation of the screenshots.

Quality control processes are to be performed for all the steps. The client also requests to have the files back for feedback after the reviewing stage.
